Update to boat Park Enquiries - Boat Insurance

Following advice we no longer need insurance details to be entered on each boat, we just need all boats kept in the boat park, or used for club activities to be insured.  Under insurance just enter YES or NO to indicate if you have insurance.

It will be a rule of the boat park that all boats should be insured.
