Duties

Duties are managed within the member portal by clicking on the duty roster or by clicking on My Duties to see a summary of your duties.  The steps to follow are to view your duties and to acknowledge / accept the duty.  You can then request a swap and select options to swap.  To volunteer for a vacant duty you can go to the Roster tab and find duties with Volunteer tabs and click volunteer.

As part of our ongoing efforts to ensure smooth operations and an enjoyable experience for all members, we would like to remind you of the duty expectations for those with dinghies in the boat park.

To provide adequate support for our races and events, each member with a dinghy is likely to be scheduled for three duties throughout the season. These duties are essential for maintaining the high standards of our club activities and ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

You can choose from a variety of roles, and not all duties require you to be on the water. Serving as an Assistant Race Officer (RO) is a great way to contribute while watching the race from the comfort of the Tower. Additionally, if weekends are challenging for you, there are opportunities to perform duties midweek.
