RYA and British Marine The Green Blue initiative

Club members are invited to join the Environmental Working Group to help make more environmentally sustainable choices as part of the RYA and British Marine The Green Blue initiative within the scope of the Clubs environmental policy. Contact cm@ndyc.org 

  Join us at the next meeting: Wednesday 6th March at 1800 (bar opens at 1900)

  Objectives

 

1. To ensure ALL club members are aware of The Green Blue and their part in the initiative

 

2. To demonstrate and encourage environmentally sustainable good practice

 

3. To share examples of best practice and report progress on improving environmental standards.

  The Club is responsible for its environmental commitment and policy.

Environmental standards will be agreed to include energy and water conservation, waste and recycling, single use products, use of plastics, packaging, cleaning products, paper and printing.
