Barstaple cup start 1700

The Barnstaple Cup is a fleet race starting from the Tower to a buoy laid by a patrol boat near the Barnstaple bridge.  If the weather is light the race can be shortened to Fremington area.  There are fleet events for Fast Cats, Sprints, Monohulls and Gaffers but cats will all start together.  Start sequences of 5,4,1,go will be used
