Pelican Week 2025
A full week of racing with a slow fleet for RS Feva and slower and a fast fleet for anything faster than a Feva. This is an open event, non-members are welcome to bring their boats and race with us for the week. Members may either bring their own boat or borrow a club boat.
To maximize the number of people afloat we will allocate club boats based on the entries we get. We will do our best to get you sailing the boats you want with the people you want to sail with but this may not always be possible. Club boat hire is free for members taking part in Pelican week.
Friday BBQ and Prizegiving! 18:00; prize giving 18:30
Pelican week is a different offering to Cadet weeks as it is based on racing rather than instructing. We won't have lots of instructors on site with responsibility for children so we do need parents/guardians to remain readily available at all times. If a participants needs to return to shore for any reason we need a parent/guardian to be available to receive them.
You can choose to race for as many or as few days as you like. We will do our best to ensure less experienced participants have a great time practicing racing and more experienced participants have some great competitive races.
Please create an account with your email address and tel no and you'll then be able to sign up. £tbc for the week (+ Family m'ship £tbc or Youth m'ship £tbc)
