Indian Food Fest with SORU

Authentic, regional Indian food and food from the streets of India. The first event in our food tour of India with Kajol and Bala from Soru! This is a set menu event, £22 a head.

Menu

- Pujabi Samosas - Triangular, flaky parcels of pastry filled with potatoes, peas and spices and topped with yoghurt and signature chutneys

- Kadi Pakodi - Crispy onion bhajji dunked in a yogurt based curry made with gram flour and spices

- Cabbage and peas Pulav - Steamed fluffy basmati rice tossed with cabbage and peas and lightly spiced with garam masala

- Namak Mirch Roti - Flaky wholewheat flat bread with layers of spice mix

- Shahi Tukda - A decadent Mughlai bread pudding made with saffron syrup, crushed cardamom and soaked in rich milk
