OVER THE BAR Wednesday Evenings

Just a friendly bunch of novices and salty seadogs chatting about life over a drink!

Over the bar traditionally has cruiser sailors and other sailors and members meeting up for a midweek drink on an informal basis each week with some formal talks from time to time over winter.

We do have some talks, on certain related issues including life jacket checks, moorings, adventures and other discussions.
When these are formal, they are placed in the WhatsApp group or in the NDYC Calendar or both.

We have a mixed group of members who come in.  They range from very experienced to relative novices.  Often the experienced people are helping the less experienced with advice to issues as well as sometimes literally fixing and servicing mechanical items.

There is a WhatsApp group for participating members.
All members are welcome.
