RYA Dinghy Instructor Course

Please make sure you and your young sailor have read the policies before the course, filled in the Parental Consent (if 14 - 17yrs), and uploaded it to the qualifications section of your young sailor's NDYC account.

22 - 25th June assume:  09:00 - 17:00

26th June assume later time of 1000 - 1800

Instructor:  Vicki Thurston and Duncan West

Course runs Monday to Thursday with an external assessment on Friday.

Pre-requisites reminder - These all need doing before the dinghy instructor course itself: 

First Aid course 

Powerboat Level 2  

RYA Safe and Fun This is a short online course available from many places produced by the RYA that looks at safeguarding and conduct as an instructor.
