Please note that the club have updated their policies, including parental supervision - see https://ndyc.org/club/policies. Please make sure you and your young sailor have read the policies before the course, filled in the Parental Consent (if 14 - 17yrs), and uploaded it to the qualifications section of your young sailor's NDYC account.
Please make sure you have filled in contact details etc for your young sailor, and uploaded any RYA certificates to their qualifications section.

Hey team!
This is your chance to refresh skills, share ideas, and have fun on the water with fellow instructors!
What's happening:
- When: Saturday, 11 July, starting at 1200 midday
- Where: On the water and in our training room
- Cost: Absolutely FREE!
- Who: Calling all Instructors and Assistant Instructors!
The fun stuff you'll be doing:
- Get fresh teaching inspiration and share your own creative ideas
- Practice making your briefings pop and your debriefs more impactful
- Brush up on safeguarding and key operational updates
- Connect with other instructors and swap techniques

Important update for all instructors:
We're introducing a new requirement that all instructors must complete a training update at least every two years with us. The Saturday's session counts toward this requirement! It's a great opportunity to stay current with best practices and maintain your instructor certification.
Just bring your sailing gear and something for notes if you want. No need for anything else!
