 17:30You will need to wear waterproof clothes, boots, hat and a persona
 l floatation device of at least 50N .  The club can provide a Buoyancy 
 Aid if required.  Please be prepared for the temperature to drop on the
  water.  There is no requirement to wear a wetsuit or dry-suit, but you
  may wear one if you prefer. It is likely to be hot and sunny so please
  bring water and sun-cream.  The on-water training will take place in t
 he estuary and river area over extended periods of time, and it is ther
 efore important you bring sufficient clothing that is warm and waterpro
 of. Multiple layers are advisable. We suggest you bring a change of clo
